Tanggung Jawab
- Assist head butcher in preparing and portioning meat/fish products according to recipes
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in butchery and kitchen areas
- Operate and maintain butchery equipment safely and efficiently
- Support inventory management of meat/fish stock and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food preparation workflow
- Adhere to food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Contribute to menu development through ingredient preparation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as butcher, meat cutter, or fishmonger preferred
- Basic knowledge of meat/fish cutting techniques and handling
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
