Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality ingredients and meals according to Greenly's standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, storage, and reporting of supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and packaged according to quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate with the shift supervisor to manage kitchen workflow and minimize preparation time.
- Support the team in achieving daily operational goals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude, strong discipline, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
