Suka Espresso is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Cook Helper (Daily Worker) to join our back-of-house team in Badung. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
As a Cook Helper, you will work closely with our professional chefs in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Execute basic cooking tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and stored correctly after use.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and monitoring ingredient freshness.
- Support the team during peak service hours to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong understanding of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes and instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the requested Daily Worker schedule.
- Basic knowledge of English is highly desirable.
