Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients for frying operations according to Korean recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment safely
- Monitor food quality and consistency during frying processes
- Ensure workstation cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols
- Assist head chef in executing daily cooking tasks efficiently
- Manage inventory of frying oils and kitchen supplies
- Support other kitchen staff during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Willingness to learn Korean cooking techniques and recipes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
