Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Cook in preparing fresh ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and meats.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Help with plating dishes to ensure they meet presentation standards before being served.
- Manage inventory levels and restock kitchen supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, stoves, ovens) under the guidance of the senior staff.
- Assist in storing ingredients properly to prevent waste and ensure food safety.
- Perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or formal training in basic culinary arts or as a kitchen assistant.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions from senior chefs.
