Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
  • Support the cooking process by monitoring temperatures and cooking times as directed by the head chef.
  • Portion and plate food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist in the receiving and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper inventory rotation and freshness.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
