Tanggung Jawab
- Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Support the cooking process by monitoring temperatures and cooking times as directed by the head chef.
- Portion and plate food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in the receiving and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper inventory rotation and freshness.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
