Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and supply monitoring
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company quality standards
- Perform basic cleaning duties including dishwashing, surface sanitization, and waste disposal
- Support specialized stations as needed during peak service periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
