Tanggung Jawab
- Food Preparation: Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients for cooking to ensure timely meal service.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and food storage units to ensure a safe environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Inventory Support: Receive and store food supplies, checking for quality and freshness while organizing storage areas.
- Portioning & Serving: Help portion food items and assist in serving meals to customers when necessary.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate with the management team to restock essential items.
- HACCP Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Communication: Basic English or local language communication skills; ability to follow instructions clearly.
