Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the main chef in food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and sanitary at all times in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory, helping to restock supplies as needed.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform basic maintenance when required.
- Support the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure consistent quality for all guests.
- Assist in dishwashing duties and kitchen cleanup after service hours.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize food waste.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is an advantage, though beginners with a strong passion for cooking are encouraged to apply.
