Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Line Cooks in the preparation and assembly of ingredients for daily service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area, strictly following health and safety protocols.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking stations during busy service periods.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that food presentation adheres to the restaurant’s visual standards.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cook Helper or Kitchen Assistant in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredient handling.
- Relevant education in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is a plus.
