Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sushi Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls.
- Ensure all seafood, vegetables, and ingredients are prepped according to exact restaurant specifications.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels of sushi bar ingredients and report stock requirements promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Support the kitchen brigade during busy service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Perform daily cleaning of sushi tools, refrigeration units, and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in Japanese or Asian cuisine.
- Strong understanding of basic knife skills and food safety protocols.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
