The Island Sports Club is seeking a passionate Cook Helper to join our culinary team at the Uluwatu branch. In this role, you will assist the Head Chef and kitchen staff in preparing and cooking delicious meals to the highest standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Support the cooking team during service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Properly store ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations after use.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- A genuine passion for cooking and a strong willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
