Tanggung Jawab
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and plating under chef supervision
- Provide attentive table service, order taking, and beverage service in dining areas
- Perform stewarding duties including dishwashing, kitchen sanitation, and waste management
- Adapt to rotating station assignments covering kitchen, dining, and support areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Follow safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
