Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to established menus and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all food preparation is conducted in strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, preparation areas, and cooking equipment.
- Monitor food inventory, assist in the procurement of supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Execute proper food storage techniques to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and consistent meal delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of food consumption and kitchen inventory as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and menu execution.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (HACCP principles preferred).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
