In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our night service, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.

You will be responsible for managing the evening kitchen team, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring seamless workflow from prep to plate. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage all night kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high food quality.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Manage food inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  • Monitor food preparation times to ensure timely service during peak night hours.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health codes.
  • Prepare, document, and report end-of-shift summaries and performance metrics to management.
  • Address and resolve any kitchen-related operational issues immediately to maintain smooth service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Cook, preferably in a night shift environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP certification is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
