Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, stretch, and bake high-quality pizzas according to signature recipes.
- Manage the pizza station, ensuring mise-en-place is ready for service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage stock levels to minimize waste.
- Operate and maintain wood-fired or professional electric pizza ovens safely.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in the creation and testing of new pizza specials and menu concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation processes and pizza baking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic command of Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
