- Prepare nutritious and appetizing meals for young children according to daily menus and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all food preparation adheres to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and ordering ingredients.
- Handle portion control efficiently to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the preschool team to accommodate specific dietary needs or allergies.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals during school operating hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cooking or kitchen assistant role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly valued.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new recipes and follow management instructions.
