Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and fryers safely.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure fast and accurate service delivery.
- Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen maintenance to ensure a smooth operation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and health regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques or willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a fun, productive team.
