Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional cook in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in seafood preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
