PT Native Mind Indonesia, the proud owner of the Pepito Culinary brand, is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers, and our kitchen operations are the heart of our success. We are looking for an individual who is committed to food quality, hygiene, and teamwork to support our daily operations.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing delicious meals that meet our high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Tanggung Jawab

  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of high-quality dishes according to Pepito Culinary's recipes and SOPs to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking environment at all times, including proper sanitation of tools and surfaces.
  • Ingredient Management: Monitor inventory levels, check freshness of ingredients, and minimize food waste by using stock efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure safety and longevity.
  • Time Management: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely preparation and service of orders without compromising quality.
  • Compliance: Strictly follow food safety regulations, health protocols, and company policies at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar cooking role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Health Card: Possession of a valid Kesehatan (K3) certificate.
  • Physical Condition: Good physical health and stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Education: Diploma in Vocational School (SMK) majoring in Culinary or equivalent.
  • Language: Basic proficiency in Indonesian is required.
