Seasalt Seafood Restaurant is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our culinary team at our Opus Mall location. We are dedicated to serving the freshest seafood and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Cook, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious meals that meet our high culinary standards while maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including marinating and cooking.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Ensure all cooking equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
Kualifikasi
- Gender: Male, preferred.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Culinary Arts is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling practices.
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
