Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate teppanyaki grills and cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and food preparation tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking or the food service industry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary qualification is preferred.
