Kubu Garden Restaurant & Coffee is seeking a passionate and skilled Cook & Pizza Maker to join our dynamic culinary team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality dishes, with a primary focus on crafting exceptional, authentic pizzas. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding dining experiences, and we need someone who shares our commitment to consistency, taste, and culinary excellence.
As a Cook & Pizza Maker, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure every order is executed to perfection. If you have a love for hand-stretched pizzas, fresh local ingredients, and delivering smiles through food, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas to achieve perfect crust consistency and flavor.
- Prepare, cook, and present other menu items with high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the kitchen manager.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly operated, cleaned, and maintained.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Pizza Maker, or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and oven management.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and fresh ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
