- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in the QC areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in cooking, preferably in a seafood or QC role.
- Culinary degree or vocational training is an advantage but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
