Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and execute a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities are completed efficiently to meet high-volume service demands.
  • Maintain strict compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO), and minimize kitchen wastage.
  • Perform daily station setup and closing procedures, including the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the sous chefs and kitchen crew to ensure a smooth flow of service.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food presentation and consistency for every dish served.
  • Assist in the receiving and inspection of food supplies to ensure freshness and quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
  • Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory).
  • Professional certification or Diploma in Culinary Arts is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related tasks.
