In this role, you won't just be preparing food; you will be the face of our mobile culinary brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently following company recipes.
- Operate food truck kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Provide prompt and welcoming customer service, including order taking and payment processing.
- Manage inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed for daily operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions with high accuracy.
- Ensure the food truck exterior and interior remain presentable and professional at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Server in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a compact, mobile kitchen space.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing customer-service attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage.
