Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
- Ensure the highest quality and beautiful presentation of all dishes before service.
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming stock and supplies.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth and timely service during peak hours.
- Contribute fresh ideas for menu development and specials.
- Manage food prep and station setup for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a cook, line cook, or kitchen staff in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- A genuine passion for food and cooking, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Must be eligible to work in Indonesia or have a valid work permit (KITAS/KITAP). Residency in Bali is highly preferred.
