Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality burgers and side dishes according to 2080 Burger’s standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Perform daily food preparation (mise en place), including slicing vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces.
- Monitor food stock levels and notify the kitchen manager of any inventory shortages.
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within the designated timeframes to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
