Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse Korean dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety compliance through proper handling, storage, and hygiene practices
- Manage inventory rotation and minimize waste through efficient portion control
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak service periods for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking stations, equipment, and food storage areas
- Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests
- Participate in menu development trials and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge of Korean culinary techniques and ingredients
- Food hygiene certification (preferable)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Strong communication skills for kitchen coordination and customer interaction
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods and lifting up to 20kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
