Join our dynamic hospitality team as a versatile Cook - Waiter, where culinary excellence meets exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in both food preparation and front-of-house operations. You'll work in a rotating shift system starting at 10 AM, 11 AM, or 12 PM, with a total of 10 working hours daily (8 hours work + 2 hours break). - Prepare and cook diverse menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Take accurate customer orders and deliver food/beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Ensure proper food safety protocols are followed at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as both cook and waiter preferred
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
