- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Western dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager
- Adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary requirements when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Western kitchen station
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing for Western cuisine offerings
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook with specialization in Western cuisine
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, methods, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
