Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report necessary supplies to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Ensure the presentation of all dishes meets the aesthetic standards of the establishment.
- Assist in the development and testing of new menu items as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Cook, specifically in Western cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and food preparation methods.
- Certification in food safety or culinary arts is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
