- Cook and prepare food according to XO Burger Bali's quality standards
- Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure flavor consistency
- Prepare food ingredients carefully and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times
- Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Manage food inventory and provide suggestions for ordering
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Adjust cooking techniques based on customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar position
- Understanding of basic cooking principles and culinary techniques
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
