Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established cafe recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food orders during peak business hours.
- Assist in the development of new menu items or seasonal specials.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, properly rotating stock (FIFO method).
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
