As a Cooperatives Development Specialist I, you will work closely with cooperative leaders, government agencies, and local stakeholders to design and implement programs that enhance cooperative governance, financial viability, and social impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor cooperatives development programs aligned with national and local plans.
- Provide technical assistance to cooperatives in registration, compliance, organizational development, and business planning.
- Conduct training, seminars, and capacity-building activities to enhance the skills of cooperative officers and members.
- Evaluate cooperative performance through regular monitoring, field visits, and report analysis to ensure sustainability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, project proposals, and policy recommendations for cooperative sector improvement.
- Facilitate inter-agency coordination and partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and private sector entities.
- Promote cooperative values and principles through advocacy campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cooperatives Management, Business Administration, Economics, Community Development, or a related field.
- Preferably with relevant experience in cooperatives development, community organizing, or local governance.
- Must possess Civil Service Eligibility (Professional or appropriate eligibility).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to facilitate training sessions and public presentations.
- Working knowledge of Philippine cooperative laws, regulations, and development frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with database management is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Ilocos Region and work flexible hours when necessary.
