Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Manage tax reporting obligations (PPh, PPN) and ensure all filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff to ensure professional development and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably at a Supervisor or Coordinator level.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
