AMMAN is currently seeking a highly motivated Coordinator - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to oversee critical infrastructure projects at our site in Sumbawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical coordination, planning, and execution of MEP systems that support our mining operations, including housing complexes, base camps, and essential site infrastructure.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure all installations meet strict safety, quality, and environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems for mining support facilities.
- Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage site contractors, ensuring all work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Ensure all activities strictly adhere to AMMAN’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Prepare periodic project reports, including progress tracking, budget updates, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between site project managers, engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, specifically within industrial, mining, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
- Proven ability to manage remote site operations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment in Sumbawa Barat.
