Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hatchery operations and manage production schedules to meet targets.
- Implement and maintain GPS tracking systems for livestock and equipment to monitor movement and health.
- Ensure strict biosecurity and health protocols are followed for all stocks.
- Manage inventory levels of feed, hatching eggs, and essential supplies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of farm workers and technicians.
- Analyze production data using GPS and management software to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with upper management on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in farm management or hatchery operations.
- Technical proficiency with GPS software and modern farm management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions.
