In this role, you will focus on core sourcing activities, bridging the gap between engineering requirements and supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers for critical engineering materials and components. Your engineering background will be pivotal in ensuring that sourcing strategies align with technical specifications, quality standards, and cost-reduction targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering components and materials in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for AT&S.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial queries.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical specifications into sourcing requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through regular audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance.
- Support inventory management and supply chain risk mitigation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).
