Indofood is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corp. EHS Manager to join our team. As a global leader in the food and beverage industry, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across our operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety within our manufacturing facilities in Jakarta Raya.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in line with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular site safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead investigations into accidents and near-miss incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Manage the coordination of ISO 45001 certification processes and internal audits.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are aware of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Monitor environmental performance and drive initiatives for waste reduction and energy efficiency.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding compliance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an EHS Manager or HSE Officer in the FMCG industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong proficiency in EHS management software and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
