Tanggung Jawab
- Process and settle corporate actions events such as dividends, interest, and capitalization.
- Verify and reconcile data from custodians, brokers, and issuers to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate corporate action notices to clients and internal stakeholders promptly.
- Monitor market movements and deadlines to ensure timely execution of actions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and queries related to unprocessed actions.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Actions or Settlements.
- Strong understanding of banking products and market operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Bloomberg Terminal is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
