BIMC Nusa Dua is a premier healthcare provider in Bali, committed to delivering world-class medical services to local and international patients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate and Insurance Account Executive to join our professional team.
In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our healthcare facility and our corporate partners, as well as insurance providers. Your primary mission is to expand our network, nurture high-value relationships, and ensure that every patient covered under our corporate or insurance agreements receives seamless, high-quality care. If you are a persuasive communicator with a background in business development within the medical or insurance sector, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health insurance claims processes and corporate medical benefits. You will have the autonomy to drive sales strategies, conduct presentations, and resolve service-related concerns to ensure maximum client retention and satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and insurance companies to expand the BIMC network.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts and insurance partners to ensure high retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, policy clarifications, and billing coordination.
- Conduct regular site visits and presentations to corporate partners to promote BIMC's medical services.
- Monitor service quality and ensure that corporate and insurance patients experience a seamless admission and treatment process.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue projections for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance and medical teams to resolve any discrepancies regarding insurance claims or corporate billing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or insurance relations, preferably in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of insurance claim procedures and corporate health insurance policies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required to meet clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving ambitious sales targets.
