Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from corporate banking clients with the utmost professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding corporate accounts, transactions, and banking services.
- Navigate complex financial software to update client records and process requests efficiently.
- Resolve client concerns by identifying root causes and escalating issues when necessary to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth banking operations for our corporate partners.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience using CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, project-based capacity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build professional relationships.
