- Develop and execute innovative, seasonal, and nutritious menu plans tailored for a corporate clientele.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring a high-performing and positive work environment.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining strict adherence to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Manage food inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budgetary goals without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with management to gather feedback and continuously enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure exceptional presentation and quality standards for all meals served.
- Accommodate special dietary needs and allergies with creativity and precision.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume cooking, preferably in a corporate, hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse kitchen brigade.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian, Asian, and Western cuisines.
- Expertise in menu costing, inventory management, and kitchen financials.
