Lime Hotels and Resorts is currently seeking a visionary and experienced Corporate Chief Engineer to oversee our engineering operations and facilities management across our portfolio. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our properties operate at peak efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to the senior management team, ensuring that all engineering activities align with the company’s strategic goals and financial budget constraints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering department staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute engineering strategies and maintenance plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives and long-term growth.
- Capital Projects: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of major renovation projects, upgrades, and facility expansions.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, to ensure maximum uptime and energy efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local safety codes, health regulations, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO certifications).
- Budget Management: Manage the departmental budget, control costs, and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best value for services.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance support.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of building management systems (BMS), electrical systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and fire safety protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
