Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external communications initiatives.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage IBM’s social media channels, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and prepare briefing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging newsletters and press releases.
- Organize and assist with company events, including logistics and attendee management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the Information & Communication Technology sector.
