Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to promote educational programs and training solutions
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored courses aligned with organizational development goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales approaches
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present compelling proposals demonstrating ROI of educational programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a consultative role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with corporate decision-makers
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial for Singapore market
