Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and oversee tax filing procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure transparent financial reporting.
- Analyze financial trends to provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Expert knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge finance and business operations.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in managing financial data.
