ASRI is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely corporate financial reports and management dashboards.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with ASRI’s overall strategic objectives.
- Analyze mall and property-level financial performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support leadership in capital structure management, cash flow forecasting, and project feasibility studies.
- Implement and improve financial control processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leasing, and property management teams to enhance profitability.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience within the property, real estate, or retail mall industry is highly preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of IFRS/PSAK and corporate taxation regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
