Tanggung Jawab
- Performing detailed financial analysis and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assisting in the budget preparation process and conducting variance analysis for various projects.
- Monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with financial targets and controlling expenses.
- Preparing cash flow projections and supporting treasury management functions.
- Providing support for internal and external audits by organizing necessary documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Maintaining and updating financial models and supporting the general ledger system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based role.
- Experience in the banking or property industry is a strong advantage.
